The developments vary from commercial design to residential custom buildings. Juan Quemado

Juan Quemado is a professionally trained architect with a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the New School of Architecture, San Diego, CA. He accumulated 20 years experience in creative design and construction documents production, 15 years of which were devoted to private practice. His broad range of projects include Commercial Tenant Improvements, Restaurants, Night Clubs, Multi-Family Homes, Custom Homes, Residential additions, and Building Code Compliance.

Juan Quemado's objective is to provide quality design, building plans. consultant coordination, and facilitate processing of building permits.
